By accessing or using the CureBharat Wellness platform (including our website and any associated services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use our services.

CureBharat Wellness Private Limited provides preventive healthcare, wellness benefits, health assistance services, and plan comparison tools. We act as a facilitator and do not directly provide medical treatment. All health-related decisions should be made in consultation with qualified medical professionals.

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. CureBharat reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Information provided on our platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscription fees, if any, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

All content on the CureBharat platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of CureBharat Wellness Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Customers may request cancellation within 7 days if services have not been activated. Once services are delivered or benefits utilised, refunds may not be applicable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

CureBharat provides wellness guidance and lifestyle improvement services. These services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases. Users should consult licensed medical professionals for all medical advice. Participation in wellness programs is voluntary and at the user's own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CureBharat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

CureBharat provides a grievance redressal mechanism in accordance with Indian IT regulations. Customer complaints will be acknowledged and addressed within a reasonable timeframe.
